Nonresident Recreational Marine Fishing License

Summary

Nonresidents age 15 and older must obtain a Nonresident Recreational Marine Fishing License to recreationally fish in the ocean, whether from land or boat, including charter boats. Active-duty military and their minor children are exempt from having to obtain a NRMFL. Sale of aquatic life under this license is prohibited.
