Summary

Authorizes any business to sell or serve during the closed season any Kona crab or lobster lawfully caught during the open season. Lobster season runs Sept. 1st to April 30th. Kona Crab season runs Oct. 1st to April 30th and is monitored by an Annual Catch Limit. Includes reporting requirements.
